Getting Started with pHix®

What is pHix?

What's in it?

Each serving (1.2mL, one snap or dropper) contains 120mg of Matured Hop Extract (MHE3™), derived from Humulus Lupulus. Full details are in the pHix FAQ.

How to take pHix

MPG's product sheet says 1-2 servings daily. Here’s how MPG says to take it:

  • Snaps: fold, snap and squeeze 1 pHix snap into your favorite beverage.

  • Bottle: shake well, then add 1 full dropper to your favorite beverage.

  • One serving = one snap or one dropper (1.2 mL). pHix comes as single-serve Snaps or as a bottle with a dropper. Snaps are handy for travel or a bag; the dropper bottle is easy to keep at home.

  • If using pHix twice a day: allow 9.5 hours between uses.

Making it a habit

  • Keep it where you'll see it in the morning, like next to your water glass, coffee maker or toothbrush.

  • Set a daily reminder on your phone.

  • Keep a few Snaps in your bag or car for busy days.

  • Choose Subscribe & Save so a new order ships each month and you don't run out.
