A Glass of Water First Thing in the Morning
Some habits are small enough that you can start them tomorrow. This is one of them: drink a glass of water before you do anything else.
I’m John Panzeca, and I’m an Independent MarketPlace Global ISR. This page is about the habit itself. It’s just a simple routine that many people like.
Why start the day with a glass of water?
There is no trick to it. A glass of water is an easy, familiar way to begin the day. It gives you a built-in reminder to drink water, and a small win before the day gets busy.
That’s the whole idea. A small habit, done the same way each day.
How to make it a habit
Put the glass where you’ll see it. Next to your bed, by the coffee maker, or beside the bathroom sink.
Fill it the night before. One less thing to do in the morning.
Tie it to something you already do. Water first, then coffee. Or water right after you brush your teeth.
Use a bottle or glass you like. If it’s easy to pick up, you’re more likely to use it.
Start small. One glass. You can build from there if you want to.
Set a reminder on your phone for the first week or two.
Don’t worry about missing a day. Just pick it back up the next morning.
Other simple ways to keep it going
Keep a water bottle in your bag or car.
Choose a size that suits you. A regular glass is fine.
Plain water works. Some people add a slice of lemon or cucumber.
Pair it with a short walk or a few minutes of quiet.
If you take pHix or pHit
pHix and pHit are both taken in water, so here are MPG’s directions.
pHix® drops
Snaps: fold, snap and squeeze 1 pHix snap into your favorite beverage.
Bottle: shake well, then add 1 full dropper to your favorite beverage.
MPG’s product sheet says 1-2 servings daily. If using pHix twice a day, allow 9.5 hours between uses.
See the pHix page, the Getting Started with pHix guide and What is MHE3?.
pHit® sticks
Adults place 1 stick into 12-16 oz of water.
Do not exceed 1 stick per day.
Warning: product may stain.
pHit contains natural caffeine. See the pHit page and the Getting Started with pHit guide for details and a note on who should check with their doctor first.
